Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DSC2025.com (HSN Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to offering a transparent, fair, and student-friendly subscription experience. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any course on our website or app — Telangana DSC Preparation App.

1. ₹5 Verification Refund

For new users, we collect ₹5 via PhonePe / Google Pay / any UPI apponly for verification purposes.
This ₹5 will be refunded back on the same day to the same payment method used.
After verification, users get 1-day full access to all premium test series and practice content.

2. Subscription Plans

For New Users:

After the 24-hour free trial, the selected plan amount will beauto-deducted via UPI AutoPay (PhonePe / Google Pay).
SGT Course: ₹199 / 3 months
School Assistant (All Subjects): ₹299 / 3 months
PET Course: ₹299 / 3 months
These plans include unlimited access to mock tests, previous papers, and topic-wise practice tests.

For Existing Users (joined before 18/09/2025):

Existing subscription prices will continue as per the older pricing model through UPI AutoPay.
Users will continue to enjoy uninterrupted access unless they manually cancel their plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel anytime directly from their UPI app (PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm, etc.) before the next billing date.
Once cancelled, no further payments will be deducted automatically.
After cancellation, access will remain active until the current billing period ends.

4. Refunds on Subscription

Since full access is instantly granted after the subscription starts, the subscription fee (₹199 / ₹299 for 3 months) is non-refundable once charged.
Users are strongly encouraged to use the 1-day free trial before the auto-renewal begins.

5. Failed Transactions

If money is deducted but the subscription is not activated, please contact our support team.
Refunds for such failed transactions will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Trial Usage Disclaimer

The ₹5 verification refund is a one-time benefit for new users only.
Multiple trial activations using the same UPI ID, mobile number, or device may be restricted.

7. Auto-Debit Consent

By completing the ₹5 verification, users consent to enable UPI AutoPayfor the selected course plan.
The subscription will continue automatically until cancelled through the user’s UPI app.

8. Static Orders (Offline Activation)

For users who purchase packs directly through our support team or call center, plan validity and pricing will follow what is communicated during the purchase.
Once the pack is activated, refunds are not applicable.
