Our platform offers preparation for Telangana teacher recruitment exams, including:

TG TET Courses

Pricing and plans may vary depending on the selected course.

The platform provides syllabus-based mock tests, model papers, previous papers, and subject-wise practice material for DSC & TET exams. (Google Play)

1. ₹5 Verification Refund (For New Users)

• New users are charged ₹5 via PhonePe/Google Pay only for account verification.

• This ₹5 amount is refunded on the same day to the original payment method.

• After successful verification, users receive 1-day free access to premium content of the selected course.

2. Subscription Plans — ₹5 Model (AutoPay)

For New Users

• After the 24-hour free trial, the subscription fee for the selected course will be auto-debited via UPI AutoPay (PhonePe/Google Pay).

• The plan provides 3 months validity with uninterrupted premium access to mock tests, previous papers, practice questions, and study material.

• Subscription price varies depending on the selected course (SGT / SA / PET / PD / TET Paper-1 / TET Paper-2).

For Existing Users

• Existing users may continue on their previously active subscription plan unless cancelled.

• Subscription will renew automatically based on the active mandate until cancelled by the user.

3. Static One-Time Payment Plans (Non-AutoPay)

In addition to the ₹5 AutoPay model, DSC2025.com may offer discounted one-time payment plans for various courses through:

• Official calling team

• Push app notifications

• Website promotional offers

• Limited-time discounts

These plans may include:

• 3-Month Validity Plan

• 6-Month Validity Plan

• 1-Year Validity Plan

Key Conditions:

• These are one-time payments (no auto-renewal)

• Access remains active only for the purchased validity period

• Plan prices vary based on the course and promotional offer

4. Cancellation Policy

For AutoPay Subscriptions (₹5 Model)

• Users can cancel anytime from their UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.) before the next billing date.

• Once cancelled, no further charges will be deducted.

• Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

For One-Time Static Plans

• One-time plans cannot be cancelled after activation since full access is provided immediately.

5. Refund Policy

AutoPay Subscription Plans

• Since digital content access is provided immediately after subscription activation, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

• Users are encouraged to utilize the free trial before continuing with the paid plan.

Static One-Time Plans

• All one-time payments for 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year plans are non-refundable once access is granted.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused validity periods.

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• If payment is deducted but access is not activated, please contact support immediately.

• Eligible refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Trial Usage Disclaimer

• The ₹5 verification refund is a one-time benefit for new users only.

• Multiple trial attempts using the same UPI ID, mobile number, device, or account may be restricted or blocked.

8. Auto-Debit Consent

• By completing the ₹5 verification, users authorize UPI AutoPay for the selected course subscription.

• A mandate approval request will be sent to the user’s UPI app for confirmation.

• Subscription will continue automatically until cancelled by the user through their UPI app.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In case of billing issues or disputes, users should first contact our support team for resolution.

10. Policy Updates

HSN Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
